Frame shoes (also known as one-way shoes) provide backup moldboard protection and or reduce blade pressure which can extend blade life and protection your plow.

Description

One-way shoes/Frame shoes are designed to be installed on an adjustable jack attached to the plow frame. This jack can be quickly adjusted on the road to either carry some of the plow weight or provide backup protection from moldboard damage. Frame shoes can also be set for use on gravel roads that are not yet frozen to prevent the plow from digging into the gravel surface.

Our frame shoes are made from cast steel with cavities that are filled with our Impervium® carbide weld to extend the wear life by 2x compared to a standard frame shoe.
