Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

Experience Required

Completion of a mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance apprenticeship, or 2 years of production maintenance experience
Experience with welding

Responsibilities:

Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair
Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
Plans repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
Performs routine maintenance on building systems
Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities
Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
