Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist works to drive sales of engineered blade systems and products for snow plows, and simultaneously provides outstanding customer service. The Inside Sales Specialist will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. Additionally, this individual will also develop leads, initiate prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with existing customers.

Experience Required

  • College or Technical Degree required and/or 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Excellent phone and computer skills
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience
  • Willingness to work in a team environment

Sales Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales goals
  • Cultivate territory customer base through daily sales phone calls
  • Strategically plan and execute sales calls to existing customers, execute sales calls following up on quotes and convert to orders, execute sales calls to prospective customers
  • Manage territory order entry, quotes, pricing requests, and literature requests
  • Manage territory shipping and delivery information
  • Manage territory call report entry and lead generation entry
  • Manager territory customer concerns, returns, quality issues, and service issues
  • Manage CRM & ERP updates and documentation
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to generate orders
  • Collaborate with Marketing on territory marketing campaigns
  • Build customer relationships
