The WinterFlex™ System is custom-designed
to simplify rubber plow blade installation. No more
of the wrestling and
annoying adjustments as with the old slotted hole design. When the blade
becomes worn, you just flip it over and there is a clean fresh edge. WinterFlex™
comes with everything you need in one complete assembly package.
Available
in 3 ft. or 4 ft. sections for easy handling.

Carbide Insert Adapter
Blade simplifies rubber blade installation.
- Tough 3/4" thick steel with high-grade,
embedded virgin carbide inserts.
- Creates solid mounting surface for WinterFlex.™
- Welded bushings match rubber blade holes for
quick easy line up.
- Acts as backup for rubber blade.
- Protects moldboard
when rubber is worn or damaged.
WinterFlex™ Blade that that delivers long wear
life.
- Constructed of 1-1/2" quality styrene butadiene
rubber (SBR).
- Pre-drilled to match up with welded adapter blade
bushings for easy installation.
- Needs no annoying adjustments like old slotted
design.
- When worn or damaged, just flip over 180° for
a fresh edge.
Clamp Bar gives support to rubber blade.

pre-drilled to match up with rubber blade holes and adapter blade
bushings. - Holds blade firmly in place when plowing.
- Reusable; changing or flipping blades is quick
& easy.
- Flips to accommodate plow bolts or carriage bolts.

- Heavy-duty plate steel with cast steel end
featuring embedded carbide matrix at point of impact.
All necessary plow bolts.
- Grade 8 plow bolts and nuts in one kit for
easy assembly.
